Once you have chosen the plaque you need, you can download an orderform on receipt of which we will prepare the pattern. It is this pattern that we use to create a mould from natural clay bonded green sand.

The mould is then cast (filled with molten bronze) and left to form and cool, in the traditional manner after which the mould is broken and the plaque removed, inspected and once approved, prepared for finishing.

Only after being exposed to bead blasting is your plaque fettled (hand finished) in readiness for coating. Once coated it is inspected by one of our experienced craftsmen and once approved prepared for delivery and carefully packaged.
